In it’s strive for excellence, Ingenious Locks and Hardware has developed it’s Ingenious Development Programme which is focuses succinctly on three areas of business

We believe that setting out clear objectives and KPI’s within these three areas will allow ILH to continue in it’s upward trajectory in achieving world-class products and service, ultimately, delighting the customer.

People

Our people are at the heart of our business. This is why we’ve focused on them as one of our core pillars to drive our business forward. We’ve invested in bringing some of the brightest minds in the industry under the Ingenious umbrella to design, test, manufacture and install locks and hardware with our suppliers.

Our team has the passion and enthusiasm for excellence which drives our ingenuity and produces the most sought after hardware for security and design. This, combined with over 100 year experience in the team means there’s not much about locks and hardware that we don’t know.

We’re backed by Pemberstone Ventures, a private office investor who partner us in exploring new opportunities and avenues meaning that ILH aren’t a company that will ever stand still.

Products

We pride ourselves on creating groundbreaking, innovative multi-point locks that are the envy of our competitors. From design to development, we cover every aspect to future proof our products, so they’re state of the art for years to come.

Products are included as part of our Development Programme because we know selling the same thing year after year will mean we’re standing still. Our mission to provide the best MPL’s with quality being at the forefront of every product means that we have to keep developing and keep producing new and innovative hardware on a consistent basis.

UK design is at the forefront of our products so everything we produces is to the highest British standards and security. This is backed up by our partnership with the Police led Secure By Design initiative. This mark of quality gives us the confidence that we’re meeting highest standards possible when designing and manufacturing our MPL’s

Brand

Focusing on our brand is the final pillar that our Development Programme rests on. This is because we want the Ingenious name to be synonymous with quality and design in the fenestration world.

Making the ILH name renowned for it’s world-class customer service is a priority of ours as “Delight The Customer” isn’t just a catchy tag line our marketing guys came up with. It’s a philosophy that we live by to keep our ILH partners as happy as possible.

We see ourselves as disrupters who don’t tend to follow the suit of every other company. This is why you may see the odd social media post of us announcing a new staff member like a football transfer signing or our salesman serenading everybody with guitar in hand at our trade shows. We work hard and play hard, which gets the best out of every ILH team member.
