    Are all entrance doors fitted with ILH locks and keeps?



    Do all entrance doors open and close correctly and smoothly without jamming and rubbing on the door frame? When the entrance doors are open and the locks turned, do all the latches, bolts and hook locks move out of the door at least 9mm easily? Are all the screws attaching to the entrance doors present and fully engaged? Is the door, including the hardware components, free of physical damage (crack, chips etc.) Maintenance – all moving components of door (i.e. locks and handles) must be kept free from dirt and lubricated by the registrant with an appropriate silicone-based lubricant at twice yearly intervals
